Vegan Queso (Cashew)
Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup cashews (raw or roasted)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3 Tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until creamy and thoroughly mixed. Use a high-speed blender if available.
- Taste and adjust flavors as desired.
