The Best Morning Oatmeal

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 cup oats
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup blueberries or other fresh berry
  • 1 Tbsp hemp seed
  • ½ cup natural peanut butter
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts or other nut

Instructions
 

  • Bring water to a boil in a medium sized saucepan.
  • Add oats and stir. Cook oats 8-10 minutes or until desired consistency is reached.
  • Portion oats into bowls. Add flaxseed, hemp seed, washed blueberries, and chopped walnuts.
  • Drizzle peanut butter over the top. Mix and enjoy! Alternatively, mix all ingredients in a bowl prior to adding the peanut butter. Save drizzling the peanut butter until the very end to savor the peanut butter even more!
